Serial Numbers
Serial Numbers
A serial number is attached to this calibration kit. The first four digits followed by a letter
comprise the serial number prefix; the las t five digits are the suffix, unique to each
calibration kit.
Recording the Device Serial Numbers
In additio n to the kit ser ial number, the devic es in the kit are individuall y serialized ( serial
numbers are labeled onto the body of each device). Record these serial numbers in
Tabl e 1- 1. Recording the serial numbers will prevent conf using the devi ces in this kit with
similar devices from other kits.
