2. Enter data within the fields of the Filter Records window to create filtering criteria.
The data will be used for a record search by matching field values within the existing
table.
3. Select OK, Cancel, or Revert.
Click OK to accept the filter. Return is made to the new table view.
Click Cancel to reject the filter. The original table view is displayed.
Click Revert to undo modifications that have not been saved. This allows you to re-
enter data.
After clicking OK, the table view appears as shown in Figure23-13.
