happen. When entering in digits, the first digit entered (1,lor example) results in the followingdisplay:

The display is now waiting for the enlry of the second digit. ll the second digit is nol entered within 2 seconds, lhe display will revert lo its previous value. ll RECORD is pressed a{ter entering an incomplete length (1 or 2 digits), tho display will revert lo its provrousvatue.

When a new lsngth is entsred (RECORD),any informationon any track of the selectedpart that was boyond the new set length will be erased. Any notes sustainingbeyond the new end will automatically be given a new duration. lf the new length is longer than the previous on6, the additionallength will bs filled with silence. ll it is desiredto removo or add length lo the beginningof a part,lirst set the desired length (as describsd above), and then press sither page up or page down. The displaywill change to:

LENGTHOOOBEATS

Pressing either page up or page down again will toggle back to the original display. ll RECORD is pfessed with the above displayshowing,any additionalbeats will be plac€d at the beginningof the part, and any beats removed will be removedfrom the part top. Notes that were storod in the removed beats will be removed regardless of their duration.

The LENGTH button has no effect in song mode, or while a song or part is playing.

Erasinga PART

The erase button is used to orass a single track, part, or song. When in PART mode, pressing and holdingthe ERASE button causes th€ followingdisplay:

The number 01 would actuallybe lhe currentlyselectedpart number. All 8 track LEDSwill be lit. To erase the selectedpart,press RECORD. The displaywill changeto:
