Whilsin partmode,thetemporemainsat itsprevious settinguntilchanged.Whilein songmode,thelempochangesto thoprogrammedtempo eachtime a diffsrentsongis selectsd.Whilein eilhsrpartor songmodo,pressinglhe tempobuttonresullsin lhe followingdisplay:

Whileholdingthe TEMPObutton,th€ +/- buttonscan be usedto selecta newtempo,or a tempo can be €nterEddifectlywith thr6o digits on lhe keypad. Tempo changesare eflectiveas soon as thoy are sntersd,and lhs RECORDbuttondoes not havs to be pressed. In part mode,ths REC,ORDbuttonhas no functionfor TEMPO.
