ST ART-UP OPE R ATIO N
BEFORE INITI AL USE :
Int erior oven surfaces must be heated to rem ove surface oils and the accompanying odo r pro duc ed during the first use of the oven.
1.Wipe all wire she lves, side racks and the full oven interior with a clean, damp cloth. Install the oven sid e rack s, oven shelve s, and ext ern al drip tray. Shelves are installe d with the curved edge toward the back of the oven. Inser t the drip pan on the interio r bottom surfac e of the oven.
2.• Close the oven doors.
•Press and release con trol ON /OFF key .
•Press the COOK key.
•Press the up and down arro ws to set the cooki ng temper atu re to 300°F (149°C) .
3.• Press the TIME key.
•Press the up and dow n arrow s to set the cook ing time to approximately 2 hours.
•Allow the oven to cycle for approximat ely 2 hou rs or until no odor is dete cted.
