		Cook Using Preset Menu Keys:
		Press and rele ase control ON / OFF Key.
		• The green indicator light on the ON/OFF key will illuminate.
		• The oven wil l bee p for one second.
		• The oven wil l beg in operat ing in the hold mode.
		• The amber hold indicator will illuminate .
		• The previou sly set hold temperat ure will be displayed.
		• PRESET Keys wit h stored cooking programs will have green indicator illu minated.
		Press Desired PRESET Key (A through H)
PRESETS	A
		• Halo Hea t and Pre-Heat indicator will illu minate .
		➥The oven is automat ically programmed to preheat to the cook tempe rature programmed.
		• The oven wil l bee p when preheate d and the preh eat indicator wil l go out.
		• Both the Ready and Sta rt indicato r lig hts will flas h.
		➥The set cook temperatur e will be maintained by the oven and appe ar in the display
		while in the ready/star t mode.
		Load the food insid e ove n. If cooki ng by probe, rem ove probe from its bracke t, wipe the probe tip
		with a disposable alcoho l pad and inse rt probe properl y into product. Close the oven door.

			START key pressed.

		COOK
		• The oven wil l bee p.
		• The green indicators for power, cook , probe or time, and star t will illumi nat e.
		• If programm ed to cook by time, the display		will alter nate bet wee n sho wing the set cook

		HOLD
		• The oven will beep when the set probe temper atur e has been reach ed or set time has elaps ed.
		• The green indicator for cook will remain illu minate d.
		• The displ ay will altern ate betw een show ing the set hold tem perat ure and the
		amo unt of time the prod uct has remaine d in the holding mode.
		• The Ready indicator light will illu minate aft er 2 hou rs in the hol d mod e.					state.	For best
