The con trol allows the oper ator to set a specific per iod of time for add itional browning between the end of the COOK TIM E and the illum ination of the PRO DUCT READY BAR at the end of the cooking cycle. Brownin g time is to be added dur ing init ial produ ct progr amming.

To change the bro wning time:

After pressing the HOLD key, press the up and down arrow key when the browni ng time app ears in the dis play. Note: To disable the browning feature set the time to “:0 0”

AVERA GE BROW NING TIME FOR MOST PROD UCTS IS BETW EEN 5 AND 20 MINUTES

If a browning time has been set, only the radiant heaters will operate.

NOT E: The product will continue to cook as it decreases from the cooking temperature to the holding temperature. For best results, always allow for product temperature override.

The PRODUCT READY BAR will illuminate at the end of the set browning time and the oven temperature will decrease to the set holding temperature in the automatic hold mode.

THE ROTIS SERIE WILL CONTINUE TO PREHEAT UNT IL THE COOK TEMPE RATURE IS REACHED .

ALWAYS ALLOW THE ROTI SSERIE TO PREH EAT TO THE

FULL SET COOKING TEMPE RATURE .

When fully preheated, the START key and the PRODUCT READY BAR will flash and the control will bee p four times
