CLEAN DAILY
1.	Press the electric al power switch to the
	"OFF " posit ion.
2.	Allow rotisse rie surf aces to cool.
3.	Disco nnect the rotisserie from the electric al
	power source.
4.	Remove all detacha ble item s such as spit s and
	grease defle ctio n tra ys.				Drain grease fro m the
	drip pan and remo ve the drip pan from the oven
	when drainin g is complete.
5.	Remove rotisserie			drive	assembl y from the interio r

6.	Wash all det ached items separately
	washi ng area or sink. Do not use abra sive or
	corrosiv e cleaners. Only hot, soapy					water is
	required for the opti onal Teflon® coated items.
7.	Wipe the interior metal				surfaces of the oven with
	a pape r towel to remove				loose food debr is.
8.	Cle an interior with a damp cloth or sponge and
	any good commer cial detergent at the
	recomme nde d streng th.
9.	Spra y heavily soi led areas with a water solu ble
	degr ease r and let stand for 10 minutes . After						10
	minut es, remo ve soi l with a pla stic scouring						pad .
10.	Rin se sur fac es thoroug hly by wipin g with sponge
	and clean, warm water.
11.	Remove excess water with spon ge and wipe dry
	with a clean clo th or air dry. Leave					door open
	unt il interior is compl etel y dry. Alwa ys replace all
	removable parts inc luding dri p pan and grea se
	def lection trays bef ore operati ng.
