DISCO NNECT UNI T FROM POWER SOUR CE BEFORE CLEANING OR SERV ICING .
Remove the screws holdin g the conv ection fan panel unto the insid e of the cooking chamber. Usin g a commercial degreaser spra y the back and front and allo w the degr eas er to softe n the grease for 10 minutes. Using a plastic scouring pad, scrub any hard deposits and rins e with hot wat er.
Usi ng a damp sponge and a plas tic sco uring pad if need ed, wipe out any grease depo sits that may be built up on the area sur rounding the con vec tio n elem ent and fan blade, taking care not to bend the elem ent or the blade. A degreaser may be spra yed in this area to help dis solve any grease depos its tha t may be built up, but only a damp clot h or sponge can be use d to remove the dissolved greas e.
Reinst all fan pan el and tight en screws fing er tight.
