TO ERASE A PRESET

To erase a preset, the oven must be in either the power-up hold mode or in the preheat mode. The oven cannot be in a cook or automatic hold.

When the oven is in the power-up hold mode or in the preheat mode, press and hold both the CAN CEL key and the appropriate number PRESET key to be erased. The preset indicator light will go out once the preset is erased.

The preset menu keys can be locked at any time in order to prevent inadvertent or accidental setting changes.

To lock the preset keys, press the UP ARROW key along with the ON/OFF

Key. The rotisserie will

 

beep and the prese t lock indicator will illuminate. Release all keys. The rotisserie presets are

To unlock the preset keys, press the DOWN ARROW key along with along with the ON/OFF Key. The rotisserie will beep twice and the preset lock indicator will extinguish. Release all keys. The preset keys are now unlocked and ready for programming.

With the control off, press and hold the UP ARRO W key for 2 seconds to display the current

temperature scale. Toggle between °F and °C by pressing either the up or down arrow key while

 

 

 

the temperature scale is displayed on the screen.

 

 

 

 

The new scale will save when the screen clears or the On/Off key is pressed.
