LaserWriter Select 310 Software

Syntax

string setprintername –

Deﬁnition This operator establishes the string to be the printer’s name.

To maintain compatibility with the Personal LaserWriter NT which includes AppleTalk, the string should be no longer than 31 characters. It should consist entirely of printing characters, and should not contain the characters : or @.

Deﬁnition This operator returns the name and bool parameters used with setdefaultmultipurposetraysize to set the default multipurpose tray size.
