RETURNS

If your projector is determined to be defective, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization Number. After you have received this number, send the projector, all cables, a copy of your sales receipt, and a description of the problem, freight prepaid, to Proxima. Clearly note the Return Material Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.

Note: A carton without a Return Material Authorization Number on the outside will be returned unopened by Proxima.
