PCIE1 / PCIE2 (PCIE 16 slot; verde) è utilizzata per PCI Express con schede grafiche larghe a 16 piste, o utilizzata per installare schede grafiche PCI Express per supportare la funzione SLITM.

PCIE3 (PCIE 1 slot; bianca) è utilizzata per schede PCI Express con schede a 1 pista, quali ad esempio la scheda Gigabit LAN, la scheda SATA2, ecc.

PCIE4 (PCIE slot 16; blu) è utilizzata per schede PCI Express con 1 pista, quali la scheda Gigabit LAN, la scheda SATA2, e la scheda ASRock PCIE_DE, o utilizzata per installare le schede grafiche PCI Express per supportare la funzione 3-Way SLITM.
