Managing sent messages
Use this option to choose whether sent messages are stored in the
handset:
• If the Sent message option is enabled, sent messages are stored in
the handset.
• If the Sent message option is disabled, sent messages are not stored.
To configure the sent message option, perform the following steps:
Configuring Message display setting
Use this setting if you want the text of the message to be displayed on the
screen of the handset when the message is received.
1. Open the message Settings menu using the steps
in “Accessing the message Settings menu”
(page 125).
2. Press the Up or Down key to highlight the Sent
message option.
3. Press the Select soft key.
OR
4. Press the Up or Down key to choose one of the
following:

off.
5. Press the Select soft key.
6. Press the Clr key one or more times to return to the
idle display.
