16.5 Auto Shutdown when no Input Signal

About Auto Shutdown

Whenno input signal or an input signal out of specs is available on the active input module, the system starts the automatic shutdown
procedureif Shutdown mode has been enabled.

How to activate the Auto Shutdown

1. From the Installation menu, select item NO SIGNAL. (menu 16-11)
Note: Theitem to change the background color in the No Signal menu is not a vailable. For that reason the concerning text is
displayedin grey on-screen and not displayed in the graphical display.
The No Signal menu appears on-screen and in thegraphical display. The No Signal menu contains 2 items, activation of the
autoshutdown and in that case setting the shutdown delay time (adjustable between 5 min and 60 min). (menu16-12)
2. Select item SHUTDOWN[OFF] and press the EN TER key or selectionWhee lto toggle the shutdown mode to ON or OFF.
Ifthe shutdown mode has beenenabled, then the shutdown time can be adjusted.
3. Select item SHUTDOWN TIM E5 MIN . (menu 16-13)
The 2 digit shutdown time is activated with the firstdigit ready to be changed .
4. Change the digits as follows:
- With the Remote Control: press the cursor keys ↑or ↓or enter the digits directly with the digit buttons. Press ENTER to
confirm.
- Withthe selection wheel onACSAR: rotate the wheel to change the digitand press it to confirm.
5. Press EXIT (RCU) or select item RETURN (ACSAR) to return.
