Editing an entry in the phone book
* You can amend the name and number of any entry stored in
your phonebook:
1. Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.
2. Press OK/Menu button again. ADD is displayed.
3. Press DOWN button to scroll to the option EDIT.
4. Press OK/Menu button. The name of first phone book
entry is displayed.
5. Use the UP and DOWN button to scroll through the
records until the required name is displayed.
6. Press OK/Menu button when the required name displayed.
7. Use the alphanumeric keys and CANCEL to make the
required changes.
8. Press OK/Menu button when changes are completed.
The number is displayed.
9. Press CANCEL to delete any digits you wish to change
and re-enter the number.
10. Press OK/Menu to confirm.
11. The VIP setting will appear. Press UP and DOWN button
to select the VIP setting (VIP OFF or ringer melody for
VIP.)
12. Press OK button to confirm.
13. Press TALK-OFF button to escape to the standby mode.
Deleting an entry in the phone book
* You can delete an entry currently stored in your phonebook:
1. Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.
2. Press OK/Menu button again. ADD is displayed.
3. Press DOWN button to scroll to the option DELETE.
4. Press OK/Menu button. The name of first phone book
entry is displayed.
5. Use the UP and DOWN button to scroll through the
records until the required name is displayed.

6. Press OK/Menu button, the number will be displayed.
7. Press OK/Menu button again. CONFIRM? is displayed.
8. Press OK/Menu button to confirm the deletion, or press
CANCEL to exit if you do not want to delete it.
9. Press TALK-OFF button to escape to the standby mode.
Deleting all entries in the phone book
1. Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.
2. Press OK/Menu button again. ADD is displayed.
3. Press DOWN button to scroll to the option DELETE ALL.
4. Press OK/Menu button. CONFIRM? is displayed.
5. Press OK/Menu button to confirm the deletion, or press
CANCEL to exit if you do not want to delete it.
6. Press TALK-OFF button to escape to the standby mode.
