Belkin International, Inc., limited lifetime Product Warranty
What this warranty covers
Belkin International, In c. (“Belkin”) warr ants to the origin al
purchaser of this Belk in product that t he product shall be free
of defects in design, a ssembly, material, o r workmanship.
What the period of coverage is.
Belkin warrants the Be lkin product for the lifetime of the product.
What will we do to correct prob lems?
Product Warranty.
Belkin will repair or r eplace, at its opt ion, any defective p roduct
free of charge (except for shipping charge s for the product).
Belkin reserves the r ight to discontinu e any of its produ cts without
notice, and disclaims a ny limited warrant y to repair or re place any
such discontinued pro ducts. In the event that Belkin is un able to
repair or replace the product (for examp le, because it ha s been
discontinued), Belkin w ill offer either a refund or a cre dit toward
the purchase of anothe r product from Be lkin.com in an amo unt
equal to the purchase p rice of the produ ct as evidenced on the
original purchase rec eipt as discounte d by its natural u se.
What is not covered by this warranty?
All above warranties ar e null and void if the Belkin produc t is not
provided to Belkin for i nspection upon B elkin’s request at th e sole
expense of the purchas er, or if Belkin deter mines that the Be lkin
product has been imp roperly installe d, altered in any way, or tampered
with. The Belkin Produc t Warranty does not protect again st acts
of God such as flood, earthquake, light ning, war, vandalism, th eft,
normal-use wear and te ar, erosion, depleti on, obsolescenc e, abuse,
damage due to low voltage disturbances (i .e. brownouts or sa gs), non-
authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
How to get service.
To get service for your Be lkin product you m ust take the follow ing steps:
1. Contact Belkin Interna tional, Inc., at 501 W. Wal nut St.,
Compton CA 90220, Attn: Cus tomer Service, or call
(800)-223-5546, within 15 days of the Occurr ence. Be
prepared to provide the following informati on:
a. The part number of the Belkin prod uct.
b. Where you purchased the product.
c. When you purchased t he product.
d. Copy of original rece ipt.
2. Your Belkin Customer Serv ice Representat ive will then
instruct you on how to fo rward your recei pt and Belkin
product and how to proc eed with your cla im.
