INGRÉDIENTS

250 g (8 oz) de fraises mûres équeutées et coupées en deux

125 g (4 oz) de bleuets frais ou décongelés

½banane mûre pelée et coupée grossièrement

½tasse (235 g / 4 oz) de lait de coco

½tasse (235 g / 4 oz) crème glacée à la noix de coco ou à la vanille

½tasse (125 g / 4 oz) d’eau froide

6 cubes de glace

MÉTHODE

1.En utilisant l’extracteur de jus, mettre les fraises dans le tube d’alimentation en extraire le jus.

2.En utilisant le mélangeur, traiter le jus de fraises, les bleuets, la banane, le lait de coco, la crème glacée, l'eau et les cubes de glace environ 2 minutes à la vitesse 4/LIQUIFY ou jusqu’à consistance onctueuse.

3.Verser le lait fouetté dans 3 verres refroidis. Servir immédiatement.

NOTE

Le mélangeur s'éteindra automatiquement après 1 minute d'utilisation, afin de prévenir un mélange excessif. Pressez le bouton START STOP pour réactiver le mélangeur et poursuivre pour un autre cycle d'une minute.
