Gâteau au fromage AVEC purée de framboises

INGRÉDIENTS

8oz (250g) de biscuits sucrés, brisés en morceaux

4oz (125g) de beurre fondu

8oz (250g) de fromage à la crème, coupé en cubes et ramolli

1 boîte de lait condensé sucré ½ tasse (125ml) de crème

1 c. à soupe de zeste de citron

⅓tasse de jus de citron

1 petit panier de framboises lavées

Crème fouettée

INGRÉDIENTS

1 tasse de crème à fouetter

MÉTHODE

1.Mettre la crème dans le mélangeur,.

2.Sélectionner la vitesse 1/MIX et mélanger environ 20 secondes. Vérifier la consistance et prolonger en pulsant à quelques reprises, si nécessaire. Ne pas trop mélanger.

1.Mettre les biscuits dans le mélangeur.

2.Sélectionner la vitesse 2/CHOP et mélanger jusqu’à consistance fine. Ajouter le beurre fondu et continuer de mélanger jusqu’à consistance homogène.

3.Presser le mélange au fond et sur la paroi d’un moule à charnière graissé de 20 cm (8 po). Réfrigérer jusqu’à consistance ferme.

4.Mettre le fromage à la crème, le lait condensé, la crème, le zeste et le jus de citron dans le récipient du mélangeur.

5.Mélanger à la vitesse 3/BLEND jusqu’à consistance onctueuse.

6.Verser dans la croûte, couvrir et réfrigérer au moins 24 heures avant de servir.

7.Mettre les framboises dans le mélangeur.

8.Mélanger à la vitesse 1/MIX jusqu’à consistance onctueuse. Ajouter du sucre à glacer, au goût.

Servir le gâteau avec de la crème fouettée et la purée de framboises.
