Paper jams
If paper jams inside the machine, the machine will stop. One of the following error messages will appear to tell you where to find the jammed paper.

Always remove all paper from the paper tray and straighten the stack when you add new paper. This helps prevent multiple sheets of paper from feeding through the machine at one time and prevents paper jams.
Note
If a paper jam occurs, ink may adhere to the paper and cause the paper to become dirty.
