against any defects that are due to faulty material or
workmanshipfor a period of two yearsafter the original date of
purchaseby a professional service technician. This warranty
andour liability does not apply to batteries, nor does it include
damageto merchandiseor thethermostatresultingfrom accident,alteration, neglect, misuse,
improper installation or any other failure to follow Braeburn installation and operating
instructions.
BraeburnSystems LLC agrees to repair or replace at its option any Braeburnthermostat
underwarranty provided it is returned postageprepaid to our warranty facility in a padded
cartonwithin the warranty period, with proof of the originaldate of purchase and a brief
descriptionof the malfunction. This limited warrantydoes not include the cost of removal or
re-installation.
