To make an internal intercom call

Press the INT button. Your

handset internal number is

displayed.

Press the internal handset

number you wish to call e.g. 2

or press the CALL ALL button

to call all handsets.

If calling all handsets, you can

talk to the first handset that

answers.

Press the RED PHONE button

to end the call.

To page a handset from thebase station

To locate handsets that are

away from the base station.

Press the BASE PAGEbutton

on the base. All handsets

registered with the base will

ring for 30 seconds.

To stop paging press the BASE

PAGE.

Or

Press the GREEN PHONE

button on the handset. If you

have additional handsets, you

can make internal intercom

calls between the handsets.

To receive a paged call

The display shows:

Pick up the handset from the

base.

Or

Press the GREEN PHONE

button.

To put an outside call on holdwhile you make an internal call

Press the INT button. Your

handset internal number is

displayed e.g. 1.

Press the number of the

internal handset number you

wish to call e.g. 2or press the

CALL ALL button to call all

handsets.

If calling all handsets, you can

talk to the first handset that

answers.

To return to your external

caller press the RECALL button.

The internal number you

called will hear internal busy

tone and will need to press the

RED PHONE button to end

the connection.
