Bridging

To access the SmartTrunk ConÞguration and Status window

from the Bridge Status window:

1.Click on to display the Bridge menu.

2.Drag down to select SmartTrunk…. The SmartTrunk Configuration and Status window, Figure 4-32, will appear.

from the Chassis View window:

1.Click on the Board Index of the device of interest; the Board menu will appear.

2.Drag down to select SmartTrunk…. The SmartTrunk Configuration and Status window, Figure 4-32, will appear.

The SmartTrunk ConÞguration and Status window displays all of the ports on the selected device. The following information is given for each port:

Port

Displays each port on the selected module. If the number of listed ports is more than what can be seen in the list box, you can scroll down to view the additional ports.

Name

Displays the name assigned to each listed port.
