Assembly and Preoperation

1.Slide the handle assembly over the lower legs of the cart base. Use the (supplied) star knob and bolts to secure the handle to the legs (See Figure 9).

2.Insert spray tips into rubber tip holder (See Figure 10).

3.Brass Swivel Adaptor (see Figure 12). If it’s not already attached to the pump inlet, assemble the brass swivel adapter and attach it to the pump inlet (see Figure 11). Be sure to connect the correct side of the brass swivel adapter to the pump.

4.Secure garden hose (not included) to the inlet connection on pump (See Figure 11).

5.Connect the high pressure hose to the pump outlet (See Figure 13).

6.Connect the high pressure hose to the gun (See Figure 14).

7.Attach the lance to the gun (See Figure 15).

8.Install quick connect tip (See Figure 16).
