Memory Card Operation
Memory card cannot be inserted.
-Memory card is not facing the correct direction. Turn the memory card over
and reinsert it ( 25).
Cannot record on the memory card.
-Memory card is full. Erase still images
( 52) to free some space or replace the memory card.
-Memory card was not initialized.
Initialize the memory card ( 56).
-The folder and file numbers have reached their maximum value. Set
[FILE NOS.] to [RESET] ( 65) and insert a new memory card.
-The
Memory card cannot be played back.
-Set the camcorder to mode
( 50).
Image cannot be erased.
-Image is protected. Cancel the
protection ( 55).
-The

-A memory card error occurred. Turn off the camcorder. Remove and reinsert the memory card. Initialize the memory
card ( 56) if the icon still appears in red.
