The input signal level is at TTL.
"HIGH" level : 2.4V MIN
"LOW" level : 0.4V MAX

6.5 Error Detection• Communication Error
1) Parity Error In checking of odd/even parity based on parity checking assignment, when parity is
foundnonconfo rming.
2) FramingError Indetection of stop bitwhen space state has beendetected.
3) Overrun Error Regardless of data being held in receiving buffer r egister, when next data are
transmittedto the r eceivingbuffer register.
On occurrence of the above mentioned error, the data concerned is converted into ' ' (7FH) which is
printed.
