Plug the power supply into a grounded receptacle ONLY. Do not cut off the grounding prong or use any power cord or adapter without a grounding prong.
Always assume the power is ON. Do not attempt any maintenance until you have verified that the power is OFF by unplugging the power supply from the Clarity.
Never turn the machine on while someone is performing maintenance or repair.
Keep your hair, hands, and clothing clear of the machine while it is in operation.
This product is not intended to be used in an explosive environment.
Unit should be positioned so that it can easily be disconnected from the power source.
