The image should be saved in the Clarity database. Images in the database are listed in the upper-right of the Teach screen. Each image has a unique name that may be derived from the lens type name, or entered via a keyboard. The first character of each name in the database must be either a “+” or “ T ” to indicate whether the image is a cross or T-shape. T-shapes may be upright or inverted. Once the name has been assigned, use the SAVE control to make the database entry.

NOTE

The teach function cannot be used with fitting crosses that include gaps (white space).
