Removal and Replacement Procedures

4.Remove the battery by following these steps:

a.Turn the computer upside down with the front toward you.

b.Slide the battery release latch 1 to the left. (The battery disengages from the computer.)

c.Lift the front edge of the battery 2 and swing it back to remove it.

Removing the Battery

Reverse the above procedure to install the battery.
