Configuring the GbE Interconnect Switch Using the Web-Based Management Interface

Configuring Port Settings

When you select Port Configuration from the Configuration menu, the following screen is displayed.

To change the port settings:

1.Select the port you want to configure in the Port field, or click the port on the GbE Interconnect Switch front panel display.

2.Choose Enabled or Disabled in the State field. If you choose Disabled, devices connected to that port cannot use the GbE Interconnect Switch, and the switch purges their addresses from its address table after the MAC address aging time elapses.
