Configuring the GbE Interconnect Switch Using the Console Management Interface

•Reboot & Load Factory Default Configuration—Restarts the GbE Interconnect Switch using the default factory configuration. All user-defined configuration data is lost.

•Reboot & Load Factory Default Configuration Except IP Address—Restarts the GbE Interconnect Switch using the default factory configuration, except the user- configured IP address, which is retained. All other configuration data is lost. If you want your IP address to default from DHCP or BOOTP, do not choose this option.

NOTE: Refer to Appendix C for a list of factory default settings.

To reboot the GbE Interconnect Switch from the console:

1.Highlight Reboot on the main menu.

2.Press the Enter key. The following menu is displayed.

3. Highlight the appropriate selection.
