Several hardware settings are made through the of jumper caps to connect jumper pins(JP) on the motherboard. Refer to motherboard layout on following page.

The jumper settings will be described numerically such as°1-2°,°2-3°for connect pins 1&2, connect pins 2&3 respectively, or°ON(Short)°,

JP3 : CMOS Clear

The CMOS RAM is powerd by the onboard coin-cell battery or power supply. To clear the AC cord from the system. Short pins 2&3 for 5~10 seconds and place jumper back to pins 1&2 position. If not the system may malfunctions.
