If the error occurs again:
1Turn the printer off.
2Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3Remove the envelope feeder.
4Contact Customer Su pport.
•Press the up or down arrow button until Co ntinue appears, and then press to clear the message and print
without using the envelope feeder.
Remove paper from standard ou tput bin
Remove the stack of paper from the stan dard exit bin.
Remove paper from bin <x>
Remove the paper from the specified bin. The printer automatically senses paper removal and resumes printing.
If removing the paper does not clear the messag e, then press the up or down arrow button u ntil Continue
appears, and then press .
Remove paper from all bins
Output bins have reached their capa city. Remove paper from all output bins to clear the message and continue
printing.
Remove paper from <linked set bin n ame>
Remove the paper from the specified bin. The printer automatically senses paper removal and resumes printing.
If removing the paper does not clear the messag e, then press the up or down arrow button u ntil Continue
appears, and then press to clear the m essage.
Unsupported disk
An unsupported printer hard disk has been installed. Remove the unsupported device, and then install a supported
one.
30.yy Invalid refill, change cartridge
An unsupported, refilled toner cartridge is installed. Remove the toner cartridge, and then install a new one.
31.yy Replace defective or missi ng cartridge
The toner cartridge is either missing or not functioning properly.
Try one or more of the following:
•Remove the toner cart ridge, and then reinst all it.
•Remove the toner cartridge, and then install a new one.
