END THE PROGRAM—
1Press <Ctrl><Shift><Esc> simultaneously.
2Click Task Manager.
3Click the program that is no longer responding.
4Click End Task.
CHECK THE SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION— If necessary, uninstall and then reinstall the program.

1Click Start→ All Programs→ Accessories→ Program Compatibility Wizard→ Next.
