
¢Handy functions for searching from lists:
qSearching by switching between first letters
Use [F G] to switch the first letter (A ⇔ B ⇔ C...).
wSearching by narrowing in on letters
Use [NUMBER] (1 ~ 9, 0/10, +10) to input the first letter of the desired title, then the second letter, etc.,
• The titles are narrowed in each time a letter is input.
¢Press [RANDOM] or [REPEAT] after selecting the desired menu (genre, artist, album, etc.) to play the tracks on that menu in random order or repeatedly.

¢To fast-forward or fast-reverse (search):
During playback, press and hold [7] or [6].
•Normal playback resumes when the button is released.
•When the searching operation is started while in the pause mode, searching is performed at high speed.
¢Cueing (moving to the beginning of tracks):
During playback, use <JOG DIAL> or [8 9] to select the track to be cued.
• During playback, press BACK to display the track name list.
