Playing tracks on the HDD

Function : HDD

Tracks stored on the HDD are sorted by genre, artist and album. They can also be grouped into playlists.

These categories can be used to quickly find the tracks you want to hear.

aUse this procedure to search by narrowing in on the desired track in the following order:

Recently listened to tracks

Searching for and playing tracks on the HDD

Function : HDD

1 Press MUSIC SEARCH.

• The search menu is displayed.

2 Use <JOG DIAL> or [D H] to select the search menu, then press ENTER.

Playlists:

To search among playlists.

Artists:

To search by artist.

Albums:

To search by album name.

Tracks:

To search by track name.

Press 2.

¢Resuming from the point at which playback was

last stopped:

In the stop mode, press <1/3> or [HDD 1/3].

NOTE:

After recording or editing, it is not possible to listen from the point at which the stop mode was last set.
