TROUBLESHOOTING

Note: Before troubleshooting the system, make sure the equipment shutoff valve is ON.

OBSERVED PROBLEM WARNING: Turn off fireplace and let cool before servicing. Only a qualified service person should service and repair fireplace.

Note: All troubleshooting items are listed in order of operation.

POSSIBLE CAUSE CAUTION: Never use a wire, needle, or similar object to clean pilot. This can damage pilot unit.

OBSERVED PROBLEM

Pilot will not light

No gas supply, or shutoff valve is OFF
