When you contact the service center, please provide the following information:
Model No. and the serial No. of the UPS;
The date when the problem arose;
Complete description of the problem, including the LED display, alarm warning,
and power condition and load capacity. If your UPS is a long backup time model,
you may also provide the battery information.
