p“Problems with the Image or Sound” on page 145 describes what to do if you can’t project an image, if the screen image is not good, or if there is no sound.
If you have a problem, check the appropriate section and follow all suggestions that apply to your problem. If none of the suggestions solve the problem, call your dealer or contact EPSON as described on page 7.
Using the Online Help Menu
The online Help menu provides useful information that can resolve some common image or sound problems. To open the online Help menu, press the Help button on the control panel or the remote control. You’ll find help for the following problems:
pNo image appears on the screen
pThe image is blurred or not in focus p Only part of the image is displayed p Colors in the image are not correct p The image is too dark
For some of the problems listed above, you can make adjustments within the Help menu to correct the problem.
Note: Each Help menu displays navigation buttons and descriptions at the bottom of the screen. Projector control functions are displayed as icons in the help text.
