SOC obtains wider band ranges by setting action frequency of local SDRAM

Copy function allows faster process with SOC to scan, and to generate 2-
values, microwave, image buffer instead of going through CPU bus.
Equipped with a color LCD (2.5-inch DTFD liquid crystal display) as
standard.
Low current allows LCD to reduce power consumption in low power mode as
follows:
•Lowering power supply voltage
•Shutting off optical current for optical sensor
•SLEEP mode for motor drive
•Saving the power for printer with no exciting motor
•Saving the power for scanner by turning off the lamp
•Equipped with printer tray open sensor
