Math Coprocessor

A math coprocessor speeds up the numeric calculations your computer performs when using some applications. It also increases the speed at which graphic images are displayed on your monitor when you use graphics-oriented software.

Carefully follow the steps below to install a math coprocessor.1.Remove the processor board from the computer. See page 5-7 for instructions.

2.Place the processor board on your work surface so that the board’s connectors are closest to you and the top edge of the board is away from you. Locate the math coprocessor socket(s). (See the illustration on page 5-3 if necessary.)
