Large Capacity Paper Unit
This option has three paper cassettes and increases paper feeding
capacity.
For installing this option, see Setup Guide. For loading paper in
the paper cassette, see page 3-15 in this m anual.
cCaution:
This printer weighs approximately 70 kg (154 lb). Because you
need to lift the printer to install this option, make sure to read
and follow the instructions in the Setup Guide or the option’s
documentation.
You can use paper that matches the following specifications in
either paper cassette in this unit.
cCaution:
The Optional 250 Sheet Lower Paper Cassette Unit (A3W)
cannot be installed in this paper unit. Attempting to force it will
damage the paper unit and paper cassette.
Note:
❏You can insert the paper cassette in any slot. However, you cannot
insert the optional lower paper cassette.
❏Load narrow edge first for A3, B4, Legal, and Ledger (B) size paper.
❏Load paper with the printable surface down.
