Transporting the Printer

For long distances

If you need to move your printer a long d istance, the printer
should be repacked using the original box, packing materials and
protective materials. Contact your dealer for assistance.

For short distances

When you need to move the printer a sh ort distance, note the
following points.

When you move the printer only

1. First turn off the printer and remove the following parts.

❏Interface cable
❏Paper in the MP tray and the paper casset te
❏MP tray
❏Face-up tray
