Advanced Features — Photography
CAUTION
Do not remove or replace the memory card while
recording a multiple exposure.
The information listed in the playback photo information
display (including date of recording and camera
orientation) is for the first shot in multiple exposure.
While multiple exposure mode is in effect, some of the
shooting menus are limited.
Shooting will end automatically and the shot images up
to that point are recorded as an overlayed single
photograph if:
- No operation is performed for more than 30 seconds.
- The camera is turned off.
- The battery is exhausted.
-w is pressed.
- SET UP is pressed.
Dynamic range will be 400% even if [AUTO] is selected
for [ D-RANGE] in multiple exposure shooting.
Multiple exposure shooting cannot be performed when
ISO auto control is set to ON (in [ISO AUTO CONTROL]
under [ISO AUTO CONTROL] under [S EXPOSURE]
in the [SET UP] menu), or auto bracketing is set.

LIVE VIEW DISPLAY

To manually focus the image more sharply or to check the
image, you can view the image on the LCD monitor while
adjusting the focus.
1Set the focus-mode selector to (manual).
