Attaching the Strap and Lens

Attaching the strap

Attach the strap to the strap mounts on the
camera. Once you have attached both ends of
the strap, check carefully to make sure that the
strap is firmly secured.
CAUTION
Attach the strap correctly to prevent dropping the camera.

Mounting the camera lens

1Check the lens type.

2Set the Power switch to OFF to turn the
camera off (➝p.36).
3Remove the rear lens cap and camera body
cap.
