Memory configuration
The M200 has 16 DIMM slots, allowing for as much as 4 gigabytes of main memory. When installing the DIMMs, the following conditions must be satisfied:
When installing the first set of DIMM, install a set of 4 modules of the same size in slots 0 to 3.
At subsequent memory expansions, install a set of 4 modules of the same size in slots 4, 5, 6, 7; and 8, 9, 10, 11; then 12, 13, 14, 15.
IMPORTANT
If any of the above conditions is not satisfied when installing the DIMMs, some DIMMs are degraded in the
Memory ECC feature
