5.Press the ENT key and key in each ID or AREA followed by the ENT key. To enter area
1: N/E 2: S/W

a)Enter latitude (degrees) and 1 for north or 2 for south of reference point.
b)Enter longitude (degrees) and 1 for east or 2 for west.
c)Enter southerly degrees of area.
d)Enter easterly degrees of area.
e)Press the ENT key.
6.TCmd1 is selected; press the ENTkey.
7.Choose SIMPLEX TP, DUPLEX TP, DATA or FAX as appropriate followed by pressing the ENT key. If you chose SIMPLEX, DUPLEX, or FAX, NO INFO appears in the Tcmd2 field. Go to step 10. If you chose DATA, go to the next step.
8.Tcmd2 is selected; press the ENT key.

9.Choose an appropriate data type and press the ENT key.
10.Choose CH and press the ENT key. The following window appears.
