The current oven temperature is displayed for a few seconds when you press the Manual background (Confirmation) key. Note: when the oven is operated continuously, temperature fluctuations of up to 5 °C, which are inherent to the system, may occur.

Note: during the pyrolysis process, it is not possible to display the current oven temperature.

You can measure the core temperature of your food exactly using the core temperature sensor. You can select and set the core temperature between 1°C and 99°C.

When the oven is on and a power failure occurs, the heating process is stopped when the power returns after the failure.

Note: the appliance bridges a power failure lasting 5 minutes without any consequences.

Every oven heating process is cancelled after

12 hours if the oven has not been operated during this time. This function is not active if the timer has been programmed.

The child lock prevents inadvertent activation of the oven.

In the cleaning mode, the oven is heated up to a temperature of 485°C. At this high temperature, even the most stubborn of soiling is burnt away.

When you select the energy saving ECO plus mode in the options menu, the light and catalytic converter heating are switched off during the cooking process in all the heating modes. If the timer has been programmed, the oven also switches off the heating element before expiry of the programmed time to make use of the residual heat.
