3.5 Hot air circulation and bottom heat

Switching on:

Turn the “Temperature" control knob to the temperature you require. Turn the “Modes" control knob until the E(0 symbol appears on the display (Fig. 34).

Switching off:

Turn the “Temperature" knob to the 0 position.

Using the ECO mode is an energy saving way of baking. The oven will take longer to heat up and the light is switched off during baking. You can switch on the lighting for a few seconds by pressing the (Confirmation) key. In the ECO mode the catalytic converter heating is switched off. Therefore you might notice a slightly stronger smell with certain foods (for example yeast dough) than during normal operation.

Switching on:

Turn the "Temperature" control knob to the temperature you require. Turn the "Modes" control knob until the (Hot air and bottom heat) symbol appears on the display (Fig. 35).

Switching off:

Turn the "Temperature" knob to the 0 position. The oven lighting goes off.
