
Diskette drive problems
The system does not recognize the diskette drive.
Probable cause | Solution |

The diskette drive may be | Restart your computer, then press F1 to open |

| the diskette drive parameters are set correctly. |

The diskette is not IBM | Make sure the diskette you are trying to format |

The diskette is corrupted | Run Check Disk on the diskette. If errors are |
| detected and corrected, try accessing the |
| diskette again. |
